Le Montmartre: the name alone evokes images of artists and actors trading ideas in boisterous Paris bistros at the turn of the previous century. Our artists are now in the kitchen producing exquisite presentations of the finest of French cuisine. While the approach is French, many of the sauces have been lightened and served on the side. Start with a simple plateau des fruits de mer, a large platter of the freshest seafood from available: oysters, shrimp, crab, and more or choose from the several salads available.
