Welcome to BLUE SAPPHIRE CAFE at Sapphire Beach Club. We serve breakfast from 7 AM until 11 AM, lunch from 11 AM until 6 PM, and snacks from 11 AM until 10 PM with a happyhour from 5 PM until 6 PM. From 6 PM until 10PM, the covered restaurant area serves a complete French menu with a fine wine list.

Poolside dining at Blue Sapphire Cafe Every night has a happy hour and some nights feature live music. On Sunday night there is a Salsa Band from 4 until 7PM. Monday night features music from Choice. Wednesday night features Caribbean music played louder than ever. Fresh lobster
